  12. 1stIRU-LAS-AULT Seminar on International Transport Agreements The IRU and the AULT organised together with the LAS the first joint seminar on international road transport agreements in Cairo on 25-26 October 2009. On 28 October 2009, the LAS Council of Arab Ministers of Transport called upon 22 Arab States to join and implement the UN Conventions, notably TIR, and to continue cooperation with the IRU. © International Road Transport Union (IRU) 2011
