USN & RN create exchange posts SOIre-signed by current Flag Officers during ITEC 12. German Navy joins as 4th Nation member. SOI re-signed during ITEC Formalised in 2006 functional heads of MARCOM, RN and USN Training Commands sign a Statement of Intent. Royal Australian Navy invitation initiated Joint Mobile Study initiated Evolving Agreement
