HERE IS HOW IT WORKS: JANUARY & Apply to become an ANNpower FellowFEBRUARY by March 1, 2014 APRIL 50 ANNpower Fellows announced JUNE Fellows participate in the ANNpower Leadership Forum, a three-day leadership training program in Washington, DC, June 16-19 SUMMER Fellows are then charged with creating projects to develop change in their community FALL Fellows are eligible to win project grants that will help put their ideas into action --Grants of up to $2,500 are awarded Fellows begin work on their projects and have a chance to be mentored by women leaders

WHY SHOULD YOU BECOME AN ANNPOWER FELLOW? • Obtain LEADERSHIP SKILLS to become a leader • Make CHANGE in YOUR COMMUNITY • Receive national RECOGNITION • Be MENTORED by and NETWORK with global women leaders • Meet INFLUENTIAL WOMEN LEADERS, including ANN INC. CEO, Kay Krill and Vital Voices CEO, Alyse Nelson • Participate in a three-day LEADERSHIP TRAINING in WASHINGTON, DC • BUILD RESUME for college • Receive a GRANT to make change in your community (if selected) • Attend the 13th Vital Voices Annual Global Leadership Awards at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts
