  3. SWFA • Building capacity and going to scale • Activities in years three through five: working with productive IDA programs • Looking at building and supporting local/regional partnerships and collaborative models • Increasing IDAs and dealing with decreased funding

  4. SWFA • SWFA and potential match with other funding sources • Federal funds: AFIA, ORR • State and local funding (TANF, CDBG and HOME, Section 8, Self Sufficiency, other state monies) • Federal Home Loan Bank • Private and foundation funds

  5. SWFA • SWFA and potential partnerships with financial institutions • Potential financial institutions impediments/problems in applying for the tax credits • Outcome indicators that would enhance their participation • If applying potential models (by group, (location specific, general market area)
