  2. Bologna process – frame for modernization of higher education system The tendencies of university development are the same in Europe and in Russia

  3. We can consider aspects: • Economical • Cultural • University Standards (curriculum) • Didactic (teaching & learning itself)

  4. Technological approach helps us to link results, student’s activity and methods of teaching. Graduate of modern university – self organized personality

  5. Open education (Личностно-ориентированноеобразование) based on personal-oriented educational technology: • Key methods – projects, portfolio, research • Relation “professor – student” – cooperation, tutor, who helps you to achieve your educational goals • Learning Environment – E-learning, E-Library, LMS • Open education - educational service

  6. Main problems: • Restraining factor – student’s school - oriented position • Students are not customers, don’t request education

  7. Questions – subjects for essay • Have student’s educational request to university or no? • Are they able to formulate their educational aims? • What are the forms for student’s educational requests? • Quality criteria? What & How? • Role of student s activity in university quality management • How to enhance self responsibility of students

Directions for studying: • Possibility for choices (elective courses, obligatory credits, rights for choosing forms of control, a number of virtual contacts) • Readiness of students to demand the realization of their university goals • Study the experience and practice of real student’s influence on changes in education in universities

  9. Fields for scientific research: • Pedagogy – realizing of open education • Cultural – comparrithen of democratic tradition of societies , youth • Management – governance of expressing educational requests • Philosophy – personality students

  10. Mobility can be provided But only student’s activity make it sure
