  4. ISIS Student Self-Service Using your ISIS Self-Service Account you can: • Search the course catalog and schedule of classes • Add, drop and swap classes • View or request transcripts • Pay a bill • Accept and decline financial aid

  8. How does an online course work? • All Course materials are online: • Lectures/Assignments • Message Board/Discussions • Chat Room/Office Hours • Proctored Exams may be required • Purchase textbooks and course materials from the UML Bookstore website

Registration Process • Existing Students • Use the ISIS Self-Service system to register for classes • Before logging on to ISIS for the first time, you will need to set up your student email account. • Go to http://www.uml.edu and click the email button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. From there you can click the information link to get directions on how to set up your email. Your ISIS log in info will be the same as your email. • For help, you can call the ISIS Help Desk at 978-934-4357.

  11. After Registration • You’ll want to log in to your ISIS account to find out your class location • Buy your books at the bookstore. • Online students must also get their Blackboard username and password http://continuinged.uml.edu/online

  12. Refunds/WithdrawalsOn-Campus Classes • 100% refund of tuition if the class is dropped during the add/drop period. • No refund after the add/drop period. • $30.00 registration fee is non-refundable.
