  9. Separate the bones and fur

  10. Sort bones into like groups

  11. Make a chart

  12. Using the Chart 1. Fill in the two columns “drawing” and “number of bones”. 2. Use what you know about bones to predict the function of the bones. 3. Do not fill in the column titled “actual function” at this time.

  13. Look up each word in the dictionary. Read the definition carefully. Select the meaning related to the body Ulna Radius Femur Scapulas Vertebrae Pelvis Fibula Mandible Tibia Definitions

  14. Reference Use the teacher supplied materials to check the actual function of the bones.
