These 22 Prepared Lessons Are: • Adaptations from prepared slip lesson lessons • Associations of symbols to parts of speech • Bridges from concrete use of children’s own language to abstract terminology of grammar • Presented to young children with an “impression” of the part of speech, but they may not yet fully understand the function
