  2. Changes of the count rate by the position every 20um. Risetime vs Pulse height(average of each z point). * Each alphabet supports with the one in fig. 2. We can confirm position information from Ir-TES array using the difference of the pulse height and risetime at each position. ◆EXPERIMENT (at SPring-8) ◆
