  3. 车险理赔业务 车险日均案件量变化趋势统计 自2011年4月案件发生以来，案件量逐步增大，特别进入7月份以后案件增幅明显，10月日均案件量已达8笔。

  4. 车险理赔业务 车险案件处理情况 总公司件数结案率为92.66%，金额结案率为50.46%。 重点项目部、青岛分公司结案率尚未达到90%。 件数：笔 金额：万元

  5. 车险理赔业务 车险案件时效分析 整体时效随案件增多呈现上升趋势。

  6. 车险理赔业务 车险案件分布情况 从整体来看，5000元以下的已决赔案总数占总已决件数的98.53%；5000元以上案件件数仅占总量2%，赔款却占总赔款的15%，加快小额案件处理速度，加强重案管控仍为理赔管控重点。

  8. 车险理赔业务 车险赔付率情况 整体来看，各机构案均赔款呈现增长趋势，统计期内满期保费较少，仅有194.70万元，赔付率稳定性差，易受个案影响出现较大波动。

  9. 意健险理赔业务 意健险理赔业务情况 10月份受理意健险报案4笔，结案5笔，支付赔款金额5654.58元。截至十月底，累计受理报案31笔，注销案件2笔，结案20笔，共支付赔款42135.90元，未决案件9笔，未决金额55700元。 出险件数 赔款

  10. 意健险理赔业务 意健险赔付率情况 目前出险案件中，团体意外死亡案件2笔，其余均为意外伤害医疗案件，涉及一个主险和三个附加险种。
