This policy states that if a student arrives 15 minutes late or departs 15 minutes early from class, they will be marked absent for that period. Such absences may require makeup time. Parents or guardians may report any extenuating circumstances to the Attendance/Credit Review Committee for consideration. Please refer to the Secondary 2010-11 Student Handbook, page 6, for detailed information on attendance and its implications on student credit and participation.

If your child arrives late or departs early . If a student arrives 15 or more minutes late or departs 15 or more minutes early, he/she is considered absent for the class period an may be required to make up that time.
