Early child education

As educationists, we are engaged in helpful practical activities related to students. Kolb refers to this as the u201cConcrete Experienceu201d that begins the cycle of experiential learning. During or after a concrete experience we often reflect on what we did, what went well and what did not go well. This is known as reflective observation in Kolbu2019s models and highlights the importance of u201cReflectingu201d in and on the action in order to learn from experience.

  1. Best out of waste This situation more often than not akin to fitting a square peg in a round hole. Can these children ever work to their full potential in their lives?
