  3. La dinámica de las instituciones implica un complejo trabajo de construcción y reconstrucción de saberes y creencias en el que cada uno de nosotros juega cotidianamente un rol; la construcción requiere indefectiblemente de un proceso dinámico para poder:

  4. Enseñar • Brindar oportunidades de aprendizajes para todos/as • Conformarse como una comunidad educativa.

  5. Partimos de comprender que: dentro de la organización y la dinámica de las instituciones escolares algunas de las grandes dificultades son:

  6. LAS INTEGRACIONES DE LOS EQUIPOS • Supone reflexionar sobre la práctica docente y crear tiempos y espacios de reflexión conjunta intra e interinstitucionales. • Avances:

  7. LOS ACUERDOS • Supone establecer acciones básicas y metas claras. • Proyecciones: • La elaboración del informe pedagógico como información imprescindible para la toma de decisiones que atañen a la vida escolar del alumno, especificando: • habilidades específicas globales y/o competencias claves o básicas por áreas. • Conocimiento integral del alumno, haciendo constar todo dato que se considere importante en el desempeño escolar y que permita comprender la situación en su singularidad: situaciones familiares, personales y/o escolares que merezcan ser consignadas para acciones y/o intervenciones futuras.

  8. LAS ARTICULACIONES • Son acciones institucionales conjuntas para la toma de decisiones. • Avances: • Visitas de intercambio entre niveles ( primario – secundario) a fin de favorecer la adaptación escolar y/o entre pares
