  2. Stage One • If you see a person that you think is unconscious and is near an electrical appliance, check if the switch is still on (and if it is on turn it off) because he/she might of electrified themselves, with e.g. a broken hair dryer.

  3. Stage Two • You should call 999 and they will ask you: - Which emergency service you will need? • The location you are at? • The gender of the person? • What happened? They will tell you when to put the phone down. They will be there within 30 mins.
