  3. Tools Bars Selection tool (V) = It is use for selection & give shape to object. Sub selection tool. (A) = It is also use for selection. Free Transform Tool (Q) = It is use for free transform. I.e. rotation, scale, size, skew. Gradient Transform Tool (F) = It is work only with gradient color. It is use for transformation of color. Line Tool (N) = It is use to create line. Lasso Tool (L) = It is use for cutting. Pen Tool (P) = It is work on nodes. It is use to create shapes using nodes. Text Tool (T) = It is use draw a text. Oval Tool (O) = It is use create round shape. Rectangle Tool (R) = It is use to create rectangle shape. Polystar Tool = It is use to create polystar shape. Pencil Tool (Y) = It is use to draw picture. Brush Tool (B) = It is use to draw predefined strokes. Its size & various shapes are below of toolbar. Paint Bucket Tool (K) = It is use to fill color in object. Eyedropper Tool (I) = It is use to fill color of another object. For that, 1st create two object-fill color in one object-select eyedropper tool-Click on object which is already fill in color-Go to 2nd object which we want to fill color & click on that object. Eraser Tool (E) = It is use to erase. Hand Tool (H) = It is use to set work area. Zoom Tool (M, Z) = It is use for zoom in & zoom out. Stroke color = It is use to give color to outline of object. Fill color = It is use to fill color in object. Black & White = It is use for black & white object color. No color = It is use not to fill color in object or blank object. Swap color = It is use to change color of stroke toll & fill color tool.

  4. File Menu NEW (ctrl+N) = Using this we create new document. OPEN (ctrl+O) = Using this we can open any saved file. OPEN RECENT= It shows recent open 10 files. CLOSE (ctrl+W)= It is used to close the flash document. CLOSE ALL (ctrl+Alt+W) = It is used to close flash software. SAVE (ctrl+S) = It is used to save file. SAVE AS (ctrl+shift+S) = It is used to save same file by another name. SAVE AS TEMPLETE= It is used to save file as a template. SAVE ALL = It is used to save all. IMPORT= It is used to import any file. It contains Import to stage Import to library Open external library Import to video EXPORT = It is use to export file. It contains Export image Export movie PUBLISH SETTING= It is used for publish setting. PUBLISH PREVIEW= It is used to see publish preview. It contains. Default Flash HTML GIP JPEG PNG Projector QuickTime PUBLISH= It is used to publish. PAGE SETUP= It is used for page set up. PRINT (ctrl+P) = It is used for print. 17. SEND= It is used to send any file or image to others. But internet is necessary to use this option. EXIT (ctrl+Q) = It is used for quite file menu Open from site, save & compact, revert, device site, edit sites.

Edit Menu • UNDO (ctrl+Z) = It is used for undo. • RTDO (ctrl+Y) = It is used for redo. • CUT (ctrl+X)= It is used to cut selected portion & paste in to another location. • COPY (curl) = It is used copy selected portion & paste in to another location. • PASTE IN CENTER (ctrl+V) = It is used to paste, cut or copied portion in center of document. • PASTE IN PLACE (ctrl+shift+V) = It is used to paste, cut or copied portion at his original or 1st place. • PASTE SPECIAL= It is used to paste cur or copied portion in special. For that used following steps. • Edit-Paste special. • Paste-Flash document or device independent bitmap. • Click on o.k. • CLEAR (Backspace) = It is used to delete all object & clear the screen. • DUPLICATE (ctrl+D) = It is used to create another duplicate object. • SELECT ALL (ctrl+A) = It is used to select all object appear on the screen. • DESELECT ALL (ctrl+shift+A) = It is used to cancel selection of all object. • FIND & REPLACE (ctrl+F) = It is used for find & replace the any text. • TIMELINE = It is used for timeline. It contains, • Cut frame (ctrl+alt+X) = It is used to cur frames. • Copy frames (ctrl+alt+C) = It is used to copy frames. • Paste frames (ctrl+alt+V) = It is used to paste, cut or copied frames. • Clear frames (alt+Backspace) = It is used fir clear frames. • Remove frames (Shift+F5) = It is used to remove frames. • Select all frames (ctrl+alt+A) = It is used to select all frames. • EDIT SYMBOL (ctrl+E) = It is work only with symbol. i.e. movie clip, button, graphic. It is used for editing the symbol. • EDIT SELECTED = It is work only with symbol. It is used to edit selected object. • EDIT IN PLACE = It is work with symbol. It is used to edit symbol in place. • EDIT ALL = It is used to edit all.

  6. Insert Menu • NEW SYMBOL (ctrl+F8) = It is used to insert new symbol. There are 3 types of symbol, they are as follows, • MOVIE CLIP = It is used to give animation to the object. Using this file size is reduced as animation placed in one frame on scene. • BUTTON = It is used to create button. • STEPS for create button. • UP = in up stage button is in original or initial stage. • OVER = in over stage when we take pointer on button this stage is mention. • DOWN = in down stage when we will press button this position is mention. • HIT = in hit stage used area of button is mention. • GRAPHIC = It is used to create graphic. • TIMELINE = It contains, • Layer = It is used to add new layer. • Layer folder = It is used to add new layer folder. Layer folder is group of many layers. • Motion guide = It is used to guide to the object. Guide is given to the object with the help of pencil. Guide work with motion. Guide is always upper side of layer. Following are the steps to create guide. • 1st open windows-library. • Insert-New symbol-Graphic. • Create object & take in middle. • Go to scene. • Insert-new symbol-movie clip. • Copy object from liabrary.i.e graphic. • Give motion to object or graphic. • Insert-Timeline-Motion guide. • Create guide using pencil. E.g. any line or any object. • Press enter to check the motion guide. • Go to scene. • Copy movie clip from library. • Press ctrl+enter to check motion guide. • Frame = It is used to insert new frame. • Key frame = It is used to insert key frame. Motion’s last frame is called as key frame. Key frame is the end of last of previous motion. • Blank key frame = It is used to insert blank key frame. • Create motion tween = It is used to create motion tween. • TIMELINE EFFECTS = It is used give various effects to object. • SCENE = It is used to insert new scene.

  7. Modify Menu • DOCUMENT ((ctrl+J) = It is a propriety of document. It is used to change propriety of document. • CONVERT TO SYMBOL (f8) = It is used to covert object in to symbol. • BREAK APART (ctrl+B) = It is work with text. It is used to break the text in to sepreat character. • BITMAP = Bitmap is one type of image. Its file size is heavy. It contains, Swap bitmap & trace bitmap. The use to do both options for tracing bitmap image. The process of tracing is as follows, • Open Macromedia flash. • File-Open-Open any image which you want to trace. • Modify-Bitmap-Swap bitmap-Click on o.k. • Modify-Bitmap-Trace bitmap-Give values as per your requirement in color threshold & minimum area-Click on o.k. • Create 2nd layer & draw a picture using line tool. • After completing a drawing delete 1st layer of image. • SYMBOL = It is work with symbol. It contains, Duplicate symbol & swap symbol. When we used to duplicate symbol another copy of 1st symbol is created in library. • SHAPE = It contains. • Smooth = It is used for smooth the object. • Straighten = It is used to straight the object. • Optimize = It is also used for smoothing. • Convert line to fills = with the help of this option, we give color to outlines from fill color tool. • Expand fills = with the help of this option, we expand or inset our work area. To give this effect the value of distance is necessary. • Soften fill edges = with the help of this option, we give blur effect to object. To use this option it is necessary to distance & no. of steps. • Timeline = It is used for timeline. • TIMELINE EFFECTS = It is used for timeline effects. It is use to do edit or remove timeline effects. • TRANSFORM = It is used to transform the object. Eg rotate,scale etc. • GROUP = It is used for grouping two or more than two objects. • UNGROUP = It is for ungroup.

  8. Text Menu • FONT = It is used to charge font of text. • SIZE = It is used to increase or decrease the size of text. • STYLE = It is used to charge the style of text. • ALIGN= It is use to change or select align of text. • LETTER SPACING = It is used to increase or decrease the letter spacing.

  9. View Menu • GOTO = It is used to go where we want to go. I.e. first, previous, scene etc. • ZOOM IN (ctrl+=) = It is used to zoom the picture. • ZOOM OUR (ctrl+-) = It is used to zoom out from picture. • MAGNIFICATION = It is used to increase or decrease the work area. It is in default percentage. • PREVIEW MODES = It contains, • Outlines (ctrl+alt+shift+O) = It is used to show only outline of object. • Fast (ctrl+alt+shift+F) = Using this option the quality of object is decrease. • Antialise (ctrl+alt+shift+A) = Using this option the quality of object is increase. • Antialise text (ctrl+alt+shift+T) = It is used to show text with picture quality. • Full = It is used to show all the scene with good quality. • WORK AREA (ctrl+shift+W) = It is used for show work area bigger. • RULER (ctrl+alt+shift+R) = It is used to show or hide the ruler. • GRID = It is used to show or hide grid & edit grid. • GUIDES = It is used to show, hide, lock, edit guides. • SNAPING = It is used to snapping. It contains, • Snap align. • Snap to guide. • Snap to grid. • Snap to object. • Edit snapping.

Window Menu • DUPLICATE WINDOW = It is used to create duplicate window of current window. • TOOLBAR = It is used to show or hide main, controller & edit toolbar. • TIMELINE (ctrl+alt+T) = It is used to shoe or hide timeline. • TOOLS (ctrl+F2) = It is used to show or hide tools. • PROPRITIES = It is used to used show or hide proprieties, filters, parameters. • LIABRARY (ctrl+L) = It is used to show or hide library. • COMMON LIABRARY = It contains buttons, classes, learning instruction. • ACTION = It is used to show or hide actions. • COLOR MIXER (shift+F9) = It is used to shoe or hide color mixer. • COLOR SWATCHES (ctrl+F9) = It is used to show or hide color swatches. • INFO (ctrl+I) = It is used to show information of object. • TRANSFORM (ctrl+T) = It is used to transform the object. • OTHER PANELS = It is used show or hide other extra panels. E.g. history, scene. • HIDE PANELS (F4) = It is used to show or hide all the panels appeared on the screen.
