Description of Workshop • Have you been in the middle of a semester (or dreading the one that is about to start) and wondered, “What am I going to do with this class!” • Every instructor has been there…the class is disruptive…there is a group that needs to refocus…the students are lacking in energy…something is wrong! • You realize you need to change something to get back the focus, renew the energy and limit distractions. This workshop is designed to help!

Why Listen to Me? • Campus Chief Academic Officer – 5 years • Campus Associate Dean – 2 years • Experience Teaching at the Senior College Level (UCLA, UCI and Purdue) – 10 years • Experience Teaching at a Community College – 2 years • Experience Teaching High School – 2 years • But mainly, I am in contact with FANTASTIC instructors all the time and they have lots to share…as do you!
