Addition 8,000 SF NHS Chiller Replacement NA Prairie View Drainage Improvement NA ____________ Total 22,000 SF Total Projects under Construction, Planning and Bidding: 562,000 SF

  3. V. R. Eaton High School Architect: Corgan Associates Contractor: Pogue Construction Company Const. Start Date: Spring 2013 Completion Date: August 2015 Status: • Pier drilling is complete • Geothermal wells are complete • Grade beams are 95% complete • Foundation slab is 50% complete • Rough electrical and plumbing is being installed • Site grading and utility installation is underway • Steel erection is approximately 10% complete (Please note that the aerial photo was taken in March and does not reflect April progress)

Start Date: Spring 2014 Completion Date: August 2014 Status: • Classroom concrete slabs have been poured • Steel has begun to be erected for classrooms • Grade beams have been poured for stage/cafeteria/gym expansion

Miscellaneous Maintenance Projects • Prairie View Elementary School Drainage Improvement • Water drains toward the front of the building during heavy rains and flows into the building • Project will be to route water to a retention pond and ditch adjacent to FM 3433 • Possible replacement of the front driveway • Northwest High School • Replace a 22 year old chiller • Anticipating a major failure within the next year • Current chiller contains obsolete R-22 refrigerant • The repair cost does not justify the repair • The efficiency of the replacement chiller will provide reduction in energy cost
