  7. BILLING /REIMBURSMENTS Detailed Vendor Invoice Purchase Order Proof of Payment / Detailed General Ledger Contract and/or Request for Proposal Budget Information

  8. RECORD RETENTION Grant Documentation Federal Requirement = Three Years State of Oregon Requirement = Six Years City of Portland Requirement = Ten Years Use the most restrictive – Ten Years Asset / Inventory Tracking Life of the Asset
