  2. LOGING IN THE SYSTEM When you enter akademik.yasar.edu.tr you may log in with your user name and password. Click on Grade Entry in the menu on the left

  3. ENTERING THE GRADE Choose the course and click on Not Girişi

  4. ENTERING THE GRADE When you are entering grades, you can only enter the letter grades.

  5. LETTER GRADES AND THEIR COUNTERPARTS When you enter Yönetmelik on the grade entry page, you may see the letter grades and their counterparts in numbers.

  6. TENTATIVE ENTRY When you click on Geçici Kayıt, those students that you haven’t entered a grade for will automatically get an F.

  7. FINAL ENTRY Click on Kesin Kayıt after you have completed the grade entries. A notification will appear on screen asking you to enter your password.

  8. PRINTING OUT GRADES After you have completed the entries, you should click on Not Dökümü, take the print out, sign it and hand it in to Student Affairs Office.

  9. RETURNING BACK TO MAIN ENTRY PAGE You may click on Listeye Dön and continue entering the grades for your following lessons.
