As Example #1 shows expensive for the month Column A: Put Title and Expensive Column B: Amount of Money for each To put the money sign click the B and the money sign in the tool bar. To get the left over amount click cell B8 Press the equal button Click cell B2 Press the shift key with the equal sign Then click cell B3 Push the minus button next to the equal button Then click each cell from B4 to B7 with minus in between Then press enter Example #1
