Reversible Section - Ultimate 1 (Moveable barrier) LOS • EB I-394 - Improved operations during the p.m. peak hour, however queues will still develop at the I-94 off-ramps extending back to Penn Ave. • EB I-394 – Operations remain the same as existing during the a.m. peak hour • WB I-394 – Operations remain the same as existing during the a.m. and p.m. peak hours

Reversible Section - Ultimate 1 (Moveable barrier) Thru-put • EB I-394 – Increased thru-put during the p.m. peak hour, however, no increase is expected on the ramp to EB I-94 (already at capacity) Access • Provides direct MnPass connections for all traffic movements at I-394/TH 100 • Provides an additional MnPass ramp at Dunwoody Blvd • Provides a new access to westbound I-94 for eastbound MnPass Traffic
