  3. Habitat • Southern Hemisphere • spend most time in the ocean. • when in danger hop on to land • very barren • easy targets no protection • breed and moth on land home

  4. Food and water • Predators • Hunt ,fish, scrimp, squid, krill, crustaceans. • Drink sea water [salt water]. • Find food in the ocean. • Eat as much as possible. • Spine on tongue. • Penguins eat stones to digest. home

  5. Daily Behavior • Eat in spring and summer. • Make and female take turns caring babies. • Enemies are sea leopards ,giant petrels, killer wale, and shark.ice fade arctic penguins. • Wet feet they see better under water. • Large group of rookies. home

  6. Family Structures • Both feed young. • Both males and female build nest. • Both look for food and set nest. • Both protect there chicks. • Both in charge of young. • Lay 2 eggs home
