DISPATCH INFORMATION • AT 23:38:48 HOURS THE ONONDAGA COUNTY 911 CENTER RECEIVES A 911 CALL FROM THE RESIDENT AT 6158 WYNMOOR DRIVE STATING THE NEIGHBORS HOUSE WAS THE WAS ON FIRE. • THE CALL TAKER ENTERS THE ADDRESS, VERIFIES THE CROSS STREETS AND SENDS THE CALL TO DISPATCH AT 23:38:59 HOURS. • AT 23:39:15 HOURS THE FIRE DISPATCHER ASSIGNS THE CALL TO THOSE FIRE DEPARTMENTS PRE-PLANNED IN CICERO FIRE DEPARTMENT BOX 10-2210.

  3. DISPATCHED APPARATUS THE FOLLOWING FIRE DEPARTMENTS ARE ACTIVATED BY THE ONONDAGA COUNTY 911 CENTER FOR THE FOLLOWING APPARATUS TO RESPOND: CICERO – ALL APPARATUS SOUTH BAY – RESCUE PUMPER # 2 BREWERTON – TRUCK # 9 MATTYDALE – RESCUE # 1 (RAPID INTERVENTION TEAM)

DISPATCHED – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AT THE COMPLETION OF THE FIRE DISPATCHER ACTIVATING THE INITIAL FIRE DEPARTMENT TONES CICERO CAR # 1 ADVISES FIRE CONTROL IT WAS A SIGNAL 99 AT 23:40:29 HOURS AT 23:41:11 HOURS – CICERO CAR # 1 REPORTS PEOPLE TRAPPED, PEOPLE DOWN ON THE LAWN, REQUEST A SECOND ALARM THREE AMBULANCES TO THE SCENE

CALL NOTES CICERO POLICE UNIT 3200D REPORTS TO THE POLICE DISPATCHER AT 23:40:09 THAT IT IS A WORKING HOUSE FIRE ORIGINAL CALLER (NEIGHBOR) REPORTS AT 23:40:21 THAT THE BACK PROCH WAS ON FIRE AND HIS FENCE IS CATCHING FIRE , HE WAS GOING TO TRY AND EXTINGUISH WITH HIS GARDEN HOSE AND DISCONNECTED. CICERO POLICE UNIT 3200D REPORTS TO THE POLICE DISPATCHER THERE ARE PEOPLE INSIDE AT 23:40:49 CICERO CAR # 1 REPORTS / CONFIRMS PEOPLE TRAPPED AND REQUEST A SECONF ALARM AND THREE AMBULANCES AT 23:41:21

CALL NOTES FIRE CONTROL AT THE REQUEST OF THE INCIDENT COMMANDER RELAYS TO THE FIRST UNIT OUT OF STATION # 2 GRAB THE HYDRANT IN FRONT OF 8426 TORCHWOOD LANE AT 23:42:50 FIRE CONTROL AT THE REQUEST OF THE INCIDENT COMMANDER RELAYS TO SOUTH BAY RESCUE PUMPER # 2 TO COME IN OFF OF BUTTON ROAD AND SECURE AN ADDITIONAL HYDRANT AT 23:43:29 POLICE UNITS ADVISE THE POLICE DISPATCHER EVERYONE IS CONFIRMED OUT AT 23:43:57.

  15. CALL NOTES FIRE UNITS ON-SCENE ADVISE ALL COMPANIES OPERATING ON-SCENE A PROPANE TANK HAS EXPLODED IN THE REAR OF THE RESIDENCE AND TO USE CAUTION AT 23:47:23. BREWERTON TRUCK # 9 WAS ADVISED TO COME IN LAKESHORE ROAD TO BAYRIDGE ROAD AND SECURE A HYDRANT AT 23:51:45. INCIDENT COMMAND REPORTS THE FIRE HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN WITH EXTENSIVE OVERHAUL AT 00:11:24.

  16. CALL NOTES FOUR PATIENTS (THAT WHERE IN THE RESIDENCE) WERE TRANSPORTED FOR EITHER AN EVALUATION, BURNS, SMOKE INHALATION. THREE CICERO FIREFIGHTERS WERE TRANSPORTED FOR EVALUATIONS AS A RESULT OF OPERATING ON-SCENE. TOWN OF CICERO CODES WAS CONTACTED AND RESPONDED TO THE SCENE AMERICAN RED CROSS WAS CONTACTED AND RESPONDED TO THE SCENE AND MADE CONTACT TO THE HOMEOWNERS

CALL NOTES ONONDAGA COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT WAS ON-SCENE (EM-2 & EM303) ONONDAGA COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT FIRE INVESTIGATION UNITS WAS ON-SCENE AND RESPONDED TO THE HOSPITAL TO SPEAK WITH THE VICTIMS. CICERO & CLAY FIRE DEPARTMENT AUXILIARY ANSWERED THE CALL AND RESPONDED TO THE SCENE TO ASSIST WITH REHAB AND FOOD AFTERWARDS

  18. TRUCK # 1 LETS DISCUSS THE DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS THAT WERE CARRIED OUT BY THE TRUCK # 1 CREW.
