  3. NORMALBREATHING RATE: 18 – 24 breaths per minute NORMAL POSTURE EASY/QUIET

  6. EARLY SIGNS OF ASTHMA Cough Wheezing Difficulty Talking Rapid breathing Gasping for Air Restlessness

  7. WARNING SIGNS May come on suddenly or after treatment Seek help immediately if: Struggling to breathe lips or fingernails turn blue or gray retractions
