A “Living Laboratory” Number of Students in Seminar: 17 Experiential Learning: “it was nice to do the NPK test, when I took soil 100 I did it but it was nice to apply it to the garden and not just do it for lab” – MoniaSektar, UG Seminar Spring 2011 Food Systems Education: “That farm showed me that there is a whole different way to live life, even if we live in a completely industrialized country. Not that I personally want to live to that extreme, however the idea behind it is amazing, and I completely respect them for undertaking such a lifestyle” –Pavan Rami, UG Seminar Spring 2011 Community Engagement on Saturday: Difficult since many students work and commute back home on the weekends
