A “Living Laboratory” Number of Students in Seminar: 17 Experiential Learning: “it was nice to do the NPK test, when I took soil 100 I did it but it was nice to apply it to the garden and not just do it for lab” – MoniaSektar, UG Seminar Spring 2011 Food Systems Education: “That farm showed me that there is a whole different way to live life, even if we live in a completely industrialized country.
