Ingeniero Electricista, realizo sus estudios en el Instituto Politécnico Nacional Actividad profesional Supervisar y verificar se aplique mantenimiento a la infraestructura hidráulica del sistema de agua potable instalada en los Municipios de Tenango del Valle, San Mateo Texcalyacac, Almoloya del Río, Santa Cruz Atizapán, Capulhuac, Santiago Tianguistenco, Ocoyoacac, Lerma de Villada, Xonacatlán, Otzolotepec, Temoaya, Almoloya de Juárez, San Juan Jiquipilco, Ixtlahuaca Jocotitlan, Jilotepec y Toluca para cumplir con el proceso de captación y conducción de agua potable en bloque al Distrito Federal. · Actualmente se desempeña como Jefe de Unidad Departamental de Mantenimiento Sistema Lermaen el Sistema de Aguas de la Ciudad de México.
