  6. How are we going to get there? • Unitarian Universalists of Southern DelawareFinancial Feasibility Study • David L. Rickard, UUA Congregational Stewardship Consultant, May 2, 2013 • “The capital campaign results will likely be in the range of $450,000 to $530,000.” • Essential gift chart: 19 pledges $10,000 to $60,000 • 88 pledges $300 to $9,999

  7. Essential Gifts • Three year fulfillment period • Equal opportunity giving—an economically diverse community where everyone • gives according to their means • We are counting on all members pledging!

  8. What does a future home mean to you? • Pride of ownership • Leaving a legacy • Establishing a visible and permanent church • Promoting a liberal religious tradition in this region • Providing space for future Church initiatives and programs, including Lifespan Faith Development • Providing a space for community functions, not related to church programs • Providing a suitable space for the ministry of music
