In a forest a man went to a tall tree .He had an ax to cut down the tree . He cut the tree a bunch of times but he got tired and fell asleep. Some animals came to tell the man the tree was important because it was their home. Then all the animals convinced the man to not cut down the tree. Then he dropped the ax and went home.
Today we read two books and I herd a lot of similarity. There were animals like there were two boys and birds in both stories. There were butterflies and they both have shelter they both provide food and shade and animals.
The Great Kapok Tree reminds me of me and my brother and I have a big tree in are back yard .Its home for other animals it also pervades food octagon and much more important things. And then my dad wanted to cut it down. Me and my brother said please don’t cut it down. my dad did not cut it down. And me and my brother loved that tree. Then we were happy the tree. Was alive.
In the great Kapok tree reminds me of. In the real world. People cut down trees to use for products for people . It also reminds me of when animals need important things like shelter food octagon for the world to share.
