  2. Process • Determine your storyline • Decide on possible graphics / video • Powerpoint • Use speaker notes to write script • Use slide to illustrate graphic / video concepts • Include in speaker notes or on slide – special instructions • File names and formats • Sound effects • Time constrains

  3. File Types Supported • Audio files: • .aif, .aifc, .aiff .asf, .au, .mp2, .mp3, .mpa, .snd, .wav, and .wma • Picture files: • .bmp, .dib, .emf, .gif, .jfif, .jpe, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .tif, .tiff, and .wmf • Video files: • .asf, .avi, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv

  4. Narrate • First save Powerpoint • Suggest creating a unique folder • Slide Show Menu • Record Narration

  5. Illustrations / Concepts on slide including desired still images or video segment

  6. Important Notes • Click and select link option • Create individual .wav files for each slide with autoplay link in each slide • Link should be same folder as your Powerpoint file • Individual .wav file cannot be edited in Powerpoint • Use Audacity to edit/correct audio (.wav) files • Change slide timings to reflect change in audio lengths (slide sorter view)

  7. Burning Storyboard • CD / Jump Drive / AFS space • Best to select whole directory • Must include all .wav files
