leadership and expertise
Leadership and Expertise

“Expertise comes only to the full when they

optimal conditions are present. Therefore, we

need leadership to provide and maintain

such conditions. Expertise may in certain

circumstances, be limited in the sense that it

does, what it is good at, but not necessarily

the things that are needed. Therefore we need

leadership to ensure that the expertise is

dealing with the right thing”

“Expertise does all the work. Without expertise, nothing would be done. Quality and quantity of work done depends on the circumstances, under which the expertise has to work”
