What are the symptoms of gall stones?  Your genes  Your weight , diet  Cholesterol in bile  Pigment stones (sickle cell disease , haemolytic  anemia )  80% gall stones are asymptomatic.  Pain in Right upper abdomen radiating to back or right shoulder.  Fever  Jaundice  Nausea or Vomiting  Clay-colored stool

  4. What is the treatment of gall stones?  Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy is the treatment of gallstones.  3-4 small incision are made and gall baldder is removed using laproscopy. Advantages  Early return to work  Less pain & hospital stay
