A Richard Compliant System • Work with the Government to help introduce the system • Develop best professional practice in Richard Compliant Apprenticeship Standards and the assessment of them • Spread best practice • Ensure consistency (not uniformity) • Provide a simple, cost effective peer to peer quality assurance system • Develop an IT system that insulates Employers from bureaucracy www.fisss.org
