  5. Fair Opportunity Information • In the Fair Opportunity (FAR PART 16) process, the contracting officer provides each MATOC awardee a fair opportunity to be considered. • The contracting officer may exercise broad discretion in developing appropriate ordering placement procedures.

  6. WHAT IS THE CONTRACT PERIOD? Construction period is 270 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed
