Negotiation and reconciliation • Accept Constitution • Respect Human Right and Rights of women • Renounce violence • Break ties with international terrorism • 3. The region must respect and support the peace process and its outcome

Economic and Social Development (Transition strategy) International community: Shifting from Stabilization to long term development cooperation Government: Rule of law, public administration, education, health, agriculture, energy, infrastructure development and job creation Private Sector: needs service industry and stable financial system as well as infrastructure and regional connectivity

Regional Cooperation: Stable Prosperous Afghanistan can be Possible only in a Stable Prosperous Region • Istanbul process; Regional partners: • Territorial integrity • Non-intervention, and • peaceful resolution of conflicts/disputes • Long term prospects for Afghanistan development: • Afghanistan as a land bridge between central and South Asian regions • Refugees in Pakistan and Iran
