  1. Session X 7030 Reports & AuxData

  2. There are three major rules for reporting NS activity. 7030 Reports for AuxData

  3. 7030 Reports for AuxData Rule #1: If you send an NS report to the gold side (discrepancy, verification or survey), you must also send a report to AuxData via a 7030 (Unit/Individual).

  4. 7030 Reports for AuxData Rule #2: • The boat’s 7030 reports all the crew time on the water – not your personal N.S. time. Do not put mission 30, 31 and 32 on the 7030 (Boat). The coxswain’s 7030 (Boat) gets the crew credit for their underway time.

  5. 7030 Reports for AuxData Rule #3: • N.S. activities are reported on a 7030 (Unit/Individual), under mission 30, 31 and 32 – NEVER on the 7030 (Boat)

  6. If you do ATON work while on patrol, there are two different 7030 reports required: One for reporting Underway Patrol time. And another for reporting: INDIVIDUALAtoNACTIVITY.

  7. (2)separate and different 7030 Reports must be submitted if your AV effort was done on a PATROL If your AV effort was not on a patrol – You ONLY need to prepare one 7030 Report.

  8. # 7030 – Activity Report -Mission (AtoN Patrols) Remember! YOU can not report Aid counts on a AtoN Patrol 7030 (Boat) form

  12. INDIVIDUAL AtoN ACTIVITY Section II – Mission Codes

  13. INDIVIDUAL AtoN ACTIVITY Section IV – Crew Assignments There should only be the single Aid Verifier/Observer’s name on an “Individual” 7030 NO Coxswain or crew, etc

  15. Patrol 7030 (Boat) INDIVIDUAL AtoN ACTIVITY 7030 (Unit/Individual)
