  1. Key concepts of B2B Marketing In B2B Marketing, potential customers are other businesses, whose needs are nothing like the personal consumers, and they do not usually indulge in impulsive buying. B2B marketing is very different from B2C Marketing, the marketing methodologies have to be more personalised in the former, making the campaigns on-going campaigns rather than being one off strategies. The problems of the B2C customers are common problems and can be addressed with common solutions, whereas B2B clients come with specialised problems and need to be catered to separately. There are some vital key concepts that need to be understood by the organisations to stay strong in the competitive digital age. Some key concepts of B2B marketing are: · Having a clear mission and plan A business should always have a clearly defined vision, so as to what type of a future are they looking at for themselves and a properly formulated path to proceed towards that vision. The mission should be clear about what they want to achieve and why do they actually want to achieve that. The plan should consist of concrete steps to achieve that mission.

  2. · Build strong customer relationships By implementing marketing strategies such as the account based marketing methodology, businesses build personal relationships with the customers, keeping them loyal to them. Businesses spend way more money in attracting new customers than they spend on keeping its customers happy. Having personalised content amplified for the potential customers helps in attracting the most suitable prospects for the business and developing personal relationships with them. · Always remember the value of time Valuing time is a key concept not only for a B2B Marketer but for anyone ever. It should be kept in mind that opportunities are not lost because a track of time was not kept, strict time schedules should be in place at all times. Great time management skills are the key for any B2B Marketer. Time once lost will not return and might cause heavily to the business.

  3. · Having a fun place to work In order to achieve the desired results, it is extremely important for a business to keep its employees happy by giving them a good place to work in. Having a work place where employees feel at home, have fun and feel safe will not only help a business retain its employees but also increase their productivity. In the era of digital marketing, one thing that needs to be remembered is that the human touch should not be lost and will be required at all times. Be it through B2B Marketing agencies or the businesses themselves, B2B Marketing has become an essential part of running the business successfully.
