ADAPNA, Spain: GENERAL OBJECTIVES The aim of the project is to combat the fragility of Navarre SMEs , derived from the dependence on their products or customers, as well as from the lack of consolidation and modernisation, by improving the capabilities of all people, men and women, innovation and management. ADAPNA, Spain: SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES 5 major objectives/work lines • To improve the management systems in small enterprises and micro-enterprises with the aim of combating business and employment fragility. • To foster innovation and knowledge management to increase the capability of the enterprise and of the people. • To develop capabilities in people in order to adapt and respond to the new competences and profiles demanded by enterprises. • To improve the flexibility systems and work organisation in order to adapt to the new requirements of the environment and new social realities. • To experiment exchange, cooperation and apprenticeship formulas among enterprises and their workers in order to become consolidated, to innovate and grow.   4. ADAPNA, Spain : PARTNERSHIP The A.D. is comprised of 13 associates: • The two most representative employers’ associations. (CEN, AER). • An association of business women. (AMEDNA). • Two agricultural and social economy business associations. (ANEL, FUNDAGRO). • The two most representative trade unions. (UGT, CCOO). • Three centres that provide services for enterprises and continuous training for enterprises and workers of the region. (AIN, IFES, FOREM). • Two regional administration organisations, responsible for employment management and equality policies. (SNE, INAM). • The main regional financial institution. (CAN). ADAPNA, Spain : ACTIVITIES (I) • With enterprises. • Adapt management systems to small enterprises (strategic management, EFQM, environmental management, prevention of industrial risks, etc.) • Incorporation of industrial health, the environment and equal opportunities into the collective negotiation. • Experiment systems and methods to manage innovation and knowledge in small enterprises. • Develop and implement flexible organisation and work systems paying special attention to reconciliation, participative management and people over 45 years of age. • Foster social responsibility policies. • Promote organisational apprenticeship among enterprises. ADAPNA, Spain : ACTIVITIES (II) • With people. • Develop skills and competences to innovate. • Develop executive competences in women. • Increase the employability of workers training them in transversal competences and in profiles demanded by enterprises. • Develop multi-competences, polyvalence and capabilities of teamwork, in industrial work environments. • Improve the management capabilities of the micro-SME managers by means of shared professional support. • Provide personal and professional exchange opportunities for business women.
