  2. Step #0 – Introduction to Great Southern Rail(GSR) products Please read carefully the following as GSR products are different from traditional bookings in Euronet. • Instead of traditional products printed immediately, GSR products require a confirmation number sent by the carrier before the journey starts in Australia. • Therefore, once booked in Euronet, Rail Europe will fullfill your request and assign to your Euronet booking a unique GSR confirmation number. • Please follow the specific workflow in Euronet as described below: • At time of booking, select « Initiation » on Booking Details Tab. • Then two scenari can be offered: 1) Either the requested product is available, and you’ll receive an option booking email. • EMAIL: [PRODUCT NAME] – Option confirmed 2) Either the requested product is not available and you’ll receive an alternate proposal email. • EMAIL: [PRODUCT NAME] - Alternate option offered • NOTE: the confirmation number will only appear on the PDF once the booking is printed.

  3. Step #0 – Introduction to Great Southern Rail (GSR) products Scenario n°1 • Once the option booking has been confirmed, the deadline to confirm it, appears on Euronet (Booking details > Payment Deadline, see below). • The booking is on « hold  status» until the date indicated as below, after, the availability and prices are not guaranteed. • To validate the reservation you must « PRINT » (click on the usual « Print » button). The ticket is not physically printed but Euronet will generate a PDF confirmation with all mandatory information inside. Scenario n°2 • You need either to modify your booking (remove the product: Booking Details > Select in the drop down list the product and click on « Delete Product » button, then reselect « Initiation » as selected « Item Status ».) • Ether to fully cancel your Euronet booking and create a new one.
