  2. How to take care of them • Don’t pick up by the ears • Gently pick up by neck • Support with other hand • Hold against your body • If you hold it the wrong way you might break the hind legs.

  3. How many teeth they have • Cottontail rabbits have 28 teeth in all.

  4. Babies • Rabbits can have up to four or five babies per year.

  5. How fast they can run • Cottontail rabbits with zigzag patterns on them run up to 18 miles or[29 kilometers.

  6. Raised • Cottontail rabbits are raised throughout North America • Rabbits are also raised in wire cages ,hutches, and apartment houses • Rabbits eat vegetables, greens, corn, bunny food, maple leaves, and carrots

  7. Colors • Rabbits can be a bunch of different colors • like brownish, white, light brown, gray, reddish-brown, black, and brown
