  6. LOCATIONS • Enrollment stations are located at 16 sites throughout the county. • Report-In stations are located at 13 different sites throughout the county, including probation offices and courthouses. • Attendant stations are located at all of the KIOSK report in sites except one.

KIOSK QUESTIONS • Has your home address changed since your last report? • Has your home telephone number changed since your last report? • Have you been arrested, cited, jailed, or in court since your last report? • Has your monthly income changed since your last report? • Have your monthly expenses Changed since your last report? • Has your job or employment changed since your last report? • Have your work hours changed since your last report? • Have you changed automobiles since your last report? • Do you want to make a payment? • Do you want to send a message to your Probation Officer?

Key Benefits • Eliminates Mailer requirements • Report-in data is automatically updated in APS • At report-in, the probationer’s biometric is compared against the stored biometric to ensure the correct person is reporting in. • The Probationer can make payments on the Kiosk when not reporting in. Other persons can also make payments on the Kiosk for the Probationer; must have the Probationer’s X-Number, Probationer’s name and account number(s) for each payment. • DPO can write messages to the Kiosk Probationer via APS screen KMSG (Kiosk Message Screen).

Key Benefits (Continued) • The Kiosk Probationer will read the message/s from the DPO at next report-in and has the option to enter a response to the DPO’s message. • The Probationer can initiate a new message to the DPO. • The Probationer can make payment(s) during the same report-in session. • At Area Offices with an Attendant Station, the designated staff hears an alarm from the Attendant station indicating the Probationer at the Kiosk has answered ‘YES’ to specific questions and can follow through according to office procedures. (Change of Address, or Phone Number, Arrests, etc.)

Cost 1) Kiosk Station - Includes Handkey, Card Reader, Computer, Envelope Depositor, Kiosk Shell with Touch Screen, printer= $13,900 2) Enrollment Station - Includes PC Workstation, Handkey, Card Reader/Writer = $5,100 3) Annual Software license = $49,920 4) Installation and Setup = $3,047 5) No hardware maintenance, we either use our own technicians or pay per incident if we cannot correct.
