  1. Do Now • At a local coffee house, they have response cards on the table for anyone to fill out. On it, the customer may rank how good the service was, how good the food and coffee was, and how reasonable the prices are. After a month, the reports were overwhelmingly negative against everything and everyone. Should the owner of the coffee shop fire everyone, get different coffee, and lower prices?
