This briefing provides an overview of the current status and future directions of the AIM (Advanced Instructional Methods) system as utilized within NAVMED's instructional framework. Discussed topics include the JDTA data process and projects, electronic classroom and ILT delivery methods, and innovative practices for traditional AIM usage. JDTA/NJA Data and Process • Currently refreshing all NEC JDTA using legacy Excel data mapping • Familiarity with process through GAT only • POC for JDTA HMCS Santee/LCDR Holmes
Electronic Classroom, ILT Delivery, & Assessments • Very limited Electronic Classroom use at this time • Site dependent use of Survey Solutions, Questionmark, and Blackboard for Surveys and Assessments. Future BRAC site leaning towards Blackboard
Innovations on Traditional AIM Usage • AIM currently primarily used for rapid documentation development to support ACE requirements
AIM Expertise • Initial AIM-II training completed for all sites • Expertise levels varies from site to site, help desk / training support provided by Shawn Riley as skill levels and software use expands
