Build the team to do the job right • Matt Varley – interacts with customers, performs some tasks being affected • Janyce Sarmaniote – technical and accounting expertise • Dan Burke – Knowledge of BVARI and quality improvement expertise • Annie McGonagle – Independent Contractor, accounting expertise

  4. Completed projects: • Electronic check deposits • Review and identification of payment methods to maximize value • Online approval of eligible time records • Change purchase tracking system • Identify potential vendor discounts • ROI: Cost = $3,980 Savings so far = $16,527
