  10. ACCIONES PRIORITARIAS • Los recursos de las IES por debajo de la media, serán destinados a un Plan de Mejoramiento acompañado por una IES que presente indicadores de desempeño altos. (Reuniones individuales con las IES para definir los lineamientos del Plan en cada caso). • La supervisión de estos Planes estará a cargo del MEN. • El incumplimiento a estos planes será sancionado en la distribución del 8% para el 2005.

Se redistribuye el presupuesto de aquellos que no presentan resultados positivos.
