  3. Experience/Usability Design is a methodology. • This means that the experience of the user is an approach to our work as opposed to a specific element within a project. Everybody is responsible.

  4. Experience Design • ...is based on the belief that people change their behaviors, actions and thinking in response to mental input. • Good experience design depends on knowing (or discovering) when, where and how to effect people in a particular manner. In short, it is driven by psychology.
