Presentation Guidelines Don’t • Don’t use busy backgrounds. • Don’tmisusecolour. • Don’t use small fonts or elaborate font styles. • Don’t insert large chunks of text or quotations.
Presentation Guidelines Don’t • Don’t use illegible flow diagrams or charts.
Presentation Guidelines Do • Do allow white space for easy reading in diagrams and flow charts. • Do highlight important key words. • Do use large sized font for text (Arial >32pt is recommended).
Presentation Guidelines Do • Do keep in mind that big bold bar charts help illustrate a point more than simple text.
Do Use only 3 or 4 key points for each slide. Use these points to expand for further discussion. Do insert appropriate diagrams/ photographs/ images to illustrate main points. Presentation Guidelines
