  1. Presentation Guidelines For Using the Projection System Fresno County Employees’ Retirement Association

  2. Objective • To ensure that any presentation can easily be seen by the audience and the Board members. It is recommended that the following guidelines be implemented in any presentation that uses the projection system installed in the FCERA Boardroom.

  3. Preferable / Desirable Format • Easy to read font (Arial, Times New Roman, or Verdana) • Larger font (size 32 and up) • Larger image file • Clear contrast between font and background color. • Limit to 4-5 bullet points on each slide
