Became illegal to buy, sell, manufacture, and consume alcoholic beverages
Officially called “Prohibition”
10. Amendment 19 (1920) Women get the right to vote (suffrage)
11. Amendment 21 Prohibition is repealed
“At 18 I was sober, at 21 I got drunk”
12. Amendment 22 President is limited to two full terms in office
