Caspase Activity Assay

<b><a href="https://www.creative-bioarray.com/support/caspase-activity-assay.htm">Caspase Activity Assay</a></b> Caspases are a class of aspartate-specific cysteine proteases, which can be divided into three functional categories, initiator caspases (caspase-2, -8, -9, -10), effector caspases (caspase-3, -6, -7), and caspases involved in inflammatory cytokine process (caspase-1, -4, -5, 11, -12).

  1. In Situ Hybridization (ISH) Service Inquiry With our experienced and professional scientists, Creative Bioarray offers the complete customized In Site Hybridization (ISH) service. They work closely with you on every step including probe design, tissue procurement and gene expression studies. We offer the strategy and experimental design that best fit your needs and herein to accelerate the speed to achieve your research goals. We also provide custom service which will dramatically reduce your operating costs by eliminating the complicated time- consuming processes of ISH away from your laboratory. Using a labeled complementary DNA, RNA or modified nucleic acids strand (i.e., probe), In Situ Hybridization (ISH) refers to localize a specific DNA or RNA sequence in a portion or section of tissue. This is a crucial step for understanding the organization, regulation, and function of genes. Another important histology technique of localization is immunohistochemistry; however, immunohistochemistry stains proteins instead of DNA or RNAs. In situ hybridization is a powerful technique for identifying specific mRNA species within individual cells in tissue sections, providing insights into physiological processes and disease pathogenesis. However, in situ hybridization requires that many steps be taken with precise optimization for each tissue examined and for each probe used. In order to stain tissues, firstly, chemical fixatives are used to maintain the cells, structure, and prevent degradation. Formalin fixation and frozen fixation are the most common methods in histology. Next, tissue are dehydrated, cleaned and infiltrated. After the process, tissues are embedded in wax or other material such as agar or gelatin. Knife with different thickness are further used to cut the embedded tissue sections and cut tissues are mounted on glass slides. Slides would be stained with different method and antibodies to be detected. Creative Bioarray's routine and custom ISH services are flexible to meet your needs as follows: Preparation of Tissue Sections We accept shipment of formalin-fixed tissues, cell samples or unstained slides. Following embedment would be performed. oFrozen Embedding and Sectioning oParaffin Embedding and Sectioning oCell Pellet Embedding and Sectioning Probe Design, Labeling and Purification Synthesis of DNA and RNA probes (isotopic and non-isotopic) Hybridization Optimization of hybridization conditions; Hybridization of sense and anti-sense probes with the tissue of interest ISH Staining Using proprietary reagents and methods Reporting Final report with digital images and stained slides     

  2. Quality Control Due to the inherent complexity of this technique, appropriate labeling and hybridization controls are always included in each project. In particular, control probes of housekeeping genes are applied to determine the mRNA quality and abundance in tissues provided by customers. Frequently, we use control tissues to validate the results. Consultation Comprehensive pathology consultation from our experienced staff pathologists is also available upon request.   ISH is an important technique for basic research. However, it could be tedious and time-consuming. As a leading company of histology service, Creative Bioarray understands the problem. Thus, we are dedicated to provide fast, budget and reliable routine and custom ISH service. If you have any special needs in locating special gene on chromosomes or in tissues using ISH, please contact us at info@creative- bioarray.com or 1-631-626-9181 for this special service. Let us know what you need and we will meet your requirements. We look forward to working with you. https://www.creative-bioarray.com/Services/In-Situ-Hybridization-ISH.htm
