Role of Caspase-3 and Caspase-7 in Actin Dynamics in MCF-7 and Jurkat Cells

This study investigates the involvement of caspases 3 and 7 in modulating actin dynamics in the MCF-7 breast cancer cell line and Jurkat T cells. Supplementary Figure 4 illustrates the molecular weight of the proteins analyzed, measured in kilodaltons (kDa). The findings indicate a significant interaction between caspase activity and actin reorganization, providing insights into the apoptotic pathways and their effects on cytoskeletal structure in cancer cells and immune cells.
